Beaches Turks & Caicos - accessible rooms?

My sister uses a power wheelchair and cannot transfer herself. We’re looking at going to Beaches Turks and Caicos…does anyone have experience with this resort? Is it accessible? Even a year and a half out it looks like they only have 2 rooms left that are accessible. She must have a roll in shower. Any experience with the accessible rooms? Anyone know if a regular room would be at all doable? Thanks!

Just got back from ClubMed, Turks and Caicos‘s. It was a great time, and the room is spacious and totally a walk in shower/rolling shower. They will supply a shower chair, the air conditioner, beautifully, beach was beautiful, but difficult to get to if you’re in a wheelchair. The Silletti had pretty decent concrete walkways all the way around to get to the different locations. The pool has handicap ramps to go up and down. Getting into the pool is extremely difficult and I don’t believe they have a handicap lift poolside. Also, the pool is not heated except for the sun, and me personally will not going to cold water for medical reasons. If you call ClubMed, ask for young lady name, Gabby, she is absolutely wonderful, extremely pleasant and willing to help you in anyway, you can. It’s a no children club adults only and I must say was a really good time. If you’re interested, please email me direct and we can chat even change numbers as I am disabled with many different situations. Joe R
