Sadly true across the board. I keep telling them putting an office chair with 6 rollers on the bottom and no locking mechanism in a handicapped room is asking for trouble
This is a great article - thanks for sharing! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a Home2 Suites, but will have to check one out next time I need a hotel.
I think it’s a newer chain + a smaller chain which likely allows for all the bells and whistles when it comes to accessibility.
Worth noting that I wish having accessibility needs met wasn’t a Wow!! moment and was just the expectation/baseline. One day…one day…
