I am looking for a really nice and accessible all inclusive in the caribbean. I have advanced ms and use a wheelchair. My husband and I will hit 25 years of marriage next year and I’d love for us to have a beautiful oceanfront room all inclusive wheelchair accessible. I can find handicap rooms but honestly the handicap rooms are mostly stuck in the least attractive areas of the resorts I’ve viewed including sandal’s. Please give me your input.

I can tell you for getting around st lucia public transit is now all handicap accessible with all new electric buses. As far as accessible resorts you can call or email its tourism center. They should be able to help

Look at Hyatt Resorts in Jamaica or Punta Cana. They abide by ADA rules. We have been to the Hyatt Zililara in Montego Bay and I had no trouble getting around the resort in my Scooter or the room. Our daughter is going to the one in Punta Cana in May and I have asked to give me her opinion. Plus they are all inclusive
