Six months ago I stayed in this hotel’s accessible room and my complaint was that the shower seat was not fixed to the wall and that I felt unsafe transferring to the chair they put in the roll-in shower. I just received a very nice letter from the manager saying that the problem was corrected and the new seats were installed bolted to the wall. i have never had a hotel communicate that they had corrected a problem. Hope to get back soon.
Fortunately there are still some conscientious people still out there now with plenty of time on their hands due to Covid.
It’s nice to know customer service is not dead at Home2 Suites.
