Issues getting proper pre-boarding assistance in ATL

I’d personally just be happy if I don’t have to scream about getting pre-boarding assistance for airplanes. It took me an hour and a half to get from my plane to the parking lot at the Atlanta airport because of gross incompetence and they never let me have a wheelchair to get TO the airplane (it took 3 hours to get my slow walking self to the gate).

Additionally, there appears to be a serious issue with people understanding what is and is not appropriate for epilepsy like subtitles that help deaf people actually HURT epileptic patients!
