Phila is very accessible now since septa is putting in elevators in at almost all subway stations now
I don’t know who came up with this list. London is only accessible in the areas with newer construction. Much of the Underground has nothing but steps from street level to the train. No elevators. New York is also a laugh. Really crowded streets and no accessible bathrooms in many theaters and few public bathrooms let alone accessible ones. Thank God for Starbucks!
